Sai House is advertised as a shared home for men where that household-composition preference is permitted. All other inquiry, qualification, and rental decisions are made under applicable fair housing requirements.
Equal consideration
Housing inquiries and applications are considered using consistently applied, lawful rental criteria. Apart from the stated men-only shared-housing composition where permitted, Sai House does not use protected characteristics to make rental decisions.
