Electronic records disclosure
You choose how to sign.
The portal can deliver and sign assigned rental documents electronically. Electronic use is optional: review this disclosure, affirmatively consent for each package, or request paper instead.
Scope of your consent
If you consent in the portal, electronic records and signatures may be used for the specific document package identified by title, version and cryptographic hash. Consent does not extend to a different package unless you are shown it and affirm again.
A click by itself is not enough: the portal also requires you to review the record, confirm access, state your intent to sign and type your name.
Paper and withdrawal rights
Before signing, you may decline electronic delivery or request a paper copy at no charge by emailing sahanav@sai.house. You may withdraw consent for future electronic transactions through the same address. Withdrawal does not invalidate a record or signature completed before it became effective.
Technology you need
- A current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- A working email account that can receive a one-time code.
- A device capable of displaying ordinary text and downloading or printing an HTML record.
- Enough storage or printer access to retain a copy for your records.
Successfully opening the complete document and affirming that you can retain it demonstrates access to the required technology.
Changes and corrections
Keep your email address current by contacting Sai House. If a material technology change creates a meaningful risk that you can no longer access or retain records, updated requirements and renewed consent will be requested.
Before signing, use the back action to correct an entry. If you discover an error afterward, contact Sai House promptly; changes require a new version or written correction rather than silently changing the signed record.
Records, attribution and legal notices
The portal records the account, document version and hash, affirmative consents, typed name, server timestamp and keyed audit identifier. It retains an accurate, accessible and reproducible signed copy. These safeguards help attribute the action; they do not prevent you from presenting evidence that an action was unauthorized.
The portal is not used as an electronic-only substitute for a legally required method of serving eviction, possession or other notices when California law requires a different form of service.
Effective July 23, 2026. This disclosure governs the portal process; the assigned agreement controls the rental terms.
